Mo's Joint
Running a multi-location burger brand on one screen, POS, kitchen, stock, and supplier orders that finally talk to each other.

What was breaking before us.
F&B chains burn time on disconnected POS, paper inventory, WhatsApp procurement, and spreadsheet financials. Every location is its own little island. Mo's Joint wanted a single operating system, one place to see what sold today, what to reorder tomorrow, and what each ingredient is actually costing.
What we did.
The work itself, in order. No padding, no buzzwords.
- 01Implemented Odoo as the single backbone, finance, multi-location stock, planning, POS, and procurement all on the same data
- 02Configured ingredient-level recipes so every burger sold updates raw stock automatically
- 03Connected suppliers into a clean procurement flow, purchase orders, receiving, and three-way matching without WhatsApp threads
- 04Wired POS and kitchen so what's rung up downstairs is what gets fired in the kitchen
- 05Layered marketing on top, campaign briefs and content that match the brand, plus AI-assisted demand forecasting for the operators
Other engagements.
