Operations questions we hear most.

Will it work with our existing ERP?+

Yes. We've integrated with Odoo, NetSuite, SAP B1, custom Postgres systems, and Google Sheets backbones. The integration cost depends on the system, not the AI layer.

What about data privacy?+

We deploy in your cloud account when privacy matters. No training on your data. Audit logs from day one. We can also run on-prem with open-weights models if needed.

How accurate is document extraction?+

Typically 95–99% on clean documents, lower on poor scans. We always include a human-review queue for low-confidence extractions, no garbage gets into your ERP.

How do you handle access control on the knowledge bot?+

Role and group-based. We sync from your identity provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, etc.) so when someone leaves, they lose access automatically.

What if our SOPs don't exist yet?+

That's actually our preferred starting point, the SOP generator handles it. Most clients use it to document the previously-undocumented half of their operations.
