Liverpool FC Store
Official licensed retail running on the same operating system, POS, online, stock, and finance all on one screen.

faster product onboarding from supplier to live
Shopify ↔ Odoo stock sync latency at peak load
of SKUs mapped to a single tax code and ledger
dashboard for sold today, by store, by channel
What was breaking before us.
Running an officially licensed retail brand means tighter SKU discipline, multi-location stock, and a Shopify storefront that has to mirror what's in-store down to the size. Disconnected systems meant manual workarounds at every step, and the kind of small errors that get noticed when you carry an official badge.
What we did.
The work itself, in order. No padding, no buzzwords.
- 01Stood up Odoo with stock, sales, purchase, and accounting wired to how the retail team actually works
- 02Built the Shopify ↔ Odoo connection on the same shared backbone as The Bootroom Collection, multi-store stock visibility, real-time price and SKU sync, refunds reconciled to the same ledger
- 03Configured POS, online, and back-office reporting so a single dashboard answers 'what sold today, where'
- 04Tightened the product onboarding flow so new SKUs ship to both POS and Shopify in one move
Other engagements.

Two stores, one Shopify front, one Odoo back office, and stock that finally agreed with itself.
