When you contact us through this site or engage in a project, we may collect:

Contact information, name, email, phone (if you choose to share it), and the message you send.
Project information, anything you share about your business, workflow, or systems while we evaluate fit.
Usage data, basic analytics about how visitors interact with the site (pages viewed, country, device type).
Cookies and similar technologies, used for analytics and to keep the site functional. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to inquiries and discuss potential engagements.
To deliver agreed-upon work and communicate during projects.
To improve the website and the way we present our services.
To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.

3. How we store it

Information you submit through the contact form is stored in our internal systems (currently a Google Sheet for inquiries, plus standard email and CRM tools). Project documents and data shared during engagements are stored in tools we agree on with you, typically Google Drive, GitHub, or a private cloud account.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers we use to operate (e.g., email, calendar, analytics, hosting). We do not share your data with marketers or unrelated third parties. When we work on your systems during a project, we follow whatever access controls and confidentiality terms we agree on with you.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Withdraw consent to processing for marketing.
Object to processing or request that we restrict it.

Plucore serves clients globally. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your home country, including by service providers based in the US or EU. We use reputable providers and contractual safeguards consistent with applicable law (including GDPR where relevant).

8. Retention

We keep contact and project data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, generally the duration of an engagement plus a reasonable period for legal and operational reasons. Inquiry data we don't act on is removed periodically.

9. Children

This site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted here.
