What's the difference between AI Solutions and Business Solutions?+
AI Solutions is the agents, assistants, and automation that sit on top of your business. Business Solutions is the foundation underneath, ERP, eCommerce, web platforms, the integrations between them. If the foundation is broken, the AI layer can't help.
Do you only work with Odoo?+
Odoo is our deepest expertise on the ERP side, but the practice is broader. We build Shopify storefronts, custom web platforms, internal tools, and the integrations between whatever systems you already run. The right stack depends on the problem.
How do I know if I need a new build or a rescue?+
If the system was never finished, or finished but never adopted, that's usually rescue work, not a rebuild. We start every engagement with a paid diagnostic that tells you which path is honest, and what it'll take.
Can you handle integrations only?+
Yes. A lot of our work is connecting systems that should already talk to each other, Odoo to Shopify, ERP to bank, CRM to support tooling. Sometimes the integration is the whole engagement.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?+
We hand over running. Documentation, code your team can read, no proprietary middleware. Most clients run themselves after go-live and call us back for the next phase. We don't lock you into a retainer.
How long do engagements take?+
Diagnostic is one week. Most builds run four to twelve weeks depending on scope. We give you a fixed timeline and fixed price before kickoff, no open-ended hourly billing.
